Terms & Conditions - the basics

By purchasing a ticket or attending an Oddeasel Paint & Sip event, you agree to the following terms:

1. Participation: Oddeasel events are designed for individuals aged 19 and over (legal drinking age in Quebec) when alcohol is served. Valid ID may be required by the venue. Some events may feature food and non-alcoholic beverages only.

2. Alcohol and Venue Policies: Alcoholic beverages are provided by the venue, which is responsible for verifying age and managing alcohol service. Oddeasel is not responsible for alcohol consumption or any incidents related to it. Participants must follow all venue rules.

3. Refunds and Cancellations: Refunds are issued according to Oddeasel’s refund policy. Cancellations and refund requests must be made in advance as specified.

4. Liability: Participation is at your own risk. Oddeasel and its partners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during events. Attendees agree to act responsibly and respect others.

5. Conduct: Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

6. Photography and Media: Oddeasel may take photos or videos during events for promotional use. By attending, you consent to being recorded and waive any claims for compensation.
